The Cigar Parlour is a private members-only club which offers no access or services to the general public. In compliance with local, state, and federal law; The Cigar Parlour does not serve or sell alcohol, food, or tobacco products.

The Club is entirely autonomous and does not have employees.  Membership to the Club is by approval only.
